Edge protector and profile machines
PAKEA offers a large range of production lines for cardboard edge protectors and paper profiles up to a linear speed of 120 m/min and a cutting capacity of 200 cuts per minute.
Edge protectors and paper profiles production lines are designed according to customers’ specifications and are made of:
- Unwinding systems from simple manual to fully automatic (incl. splicing)
- Cascade gluing units
- Profiling machine
- Laminating and pulling unit
- Pneumatic or electric in-line guillotine cutter
- Palletizing and stacking systems for edge protectors
We also supply re-cutters, and notcher systems according to needs.
