PAKEA presents the upgraded version of its Automatic Paper Ply Splicer, the new AUTO-SPLICER

This unit can be placed on any DRA unwinder of the revolver and festoon type and enables a constant production speed without machine stop during the splicing step.

This new version is more safety and  thinner paper plies (lower than 0,1 mm) can be used.

It is also more ergonomic and thus easier to use.

Main technical features:

• Maxi Unwinding speed of the ply: 120 m/min
• Paper thickness : 0,06 to 0,7 mm (ie approx. 450 g/m²)
• Is available in 3 different widths : 220 mm – 300 mm and  500 mm
• Can be used on all our lines for cans and tubes, edgeboards   and also on our Sirpak lines
